Insurance — Because Plans Love Backup Plans

Double-check everything when you book….names, dates, flights, birthday, spelling. "Jonh" instead of "John" could cost you.

Make sure your name matches your passport exactly. No nicknames. Not even fun ones.
You’re in charge of your passport, visas, vaccinations and knowing whether your passport is too close to expiry. Customs agents aren’t big on surprises.

Travel insurance isn’t included, but highly recommended - unless you enjoy gambling with flight delays, lost luggage, and broken ankles.

Money Stuff

Your trip isn’t confirmed until you pay up. If you miss your payment date, we assume you’re not coming and your spot may vanish …. Poof!
Prices are only good for the day quoted. They can change due to currency rates, airline fees, fuel prices or clerical hiccups. We don’t control the economy - or typos.
Suppliers can refuse to honour a price if it was listed wrong. (Looking at you, $99 luxury cruise.)

Flights Are Weird

Most tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. Think of them like tattoos - you’ll need to live with your choice.
Name changes aren’t allowed. So no switching your seat with your cousin, your dog or your alter ego.
Baggage rules vary by airline. Want to bring your golf clubs, inflatable flamingo or six suitcases? That’s between you and the airline (and probably your wallet).

Hotels & Activities

Hotel ratings are based on local standards. A 5-star in rural Mongolia might not mean infinity pools and pillow menus.
We’ll try to match your preferences but photos online are aspirational. Your “ocean view” might be through a palm tree.
Some activities might not be available due to weather, low demand or the universe having other plans.
You’re responsible for knowing whether that jungle zipline or volcano hike is a good idea for your fitness level (or fear of heights).

Cancellation Reality Check

Cancel or no-show? You could face supplier penalties. Ask us in advance for the fine print.
We’re your travel matchmaker, not the service provider. If the airline cancels or the hotel runs out of hot water, we’ll support you - but we don’t own the plane or the plumbing.

Fine Print (Aka The Serious Bit)

We’re not liable for stuff like natural disasters, political chaos or airport coffee.
These terms may change anytime (because life, like travel, is full of surprises).
You need to agree to these terms to make a booking. No agreement, no trip.
If one part of this contract is deemed unenforceable, the rest still stands. Like a well-packed suitcase.
